Tasked with supporting trade-related functions. Serve as a lead representative. May participate in client meetings. Act as a primary contact for clients regarding settlement, trade confirmations, corporate actions, dividends, and payment inquiries. Collaborate with back-office settlement teams to offer solutions to various queries. Prior experience or familiarity with the following products is advantageous: Custody Operations, Trade Settlements, Trade Capture and Repair, FX Operations, Cash Processing, Corporate Actions Processing, Income Processing, and Client Management.

Assist the core team in addressing client inquiries related to Custody Trades, Cash Movements, Corporate Actions, and FX.

- Operationally oversee and manage the daily workflow within the Custody Client Facing team.

- Ensure that all daily controls and client query resolutions are completed and authorized, including resolving client service inquiries, managing cash and stock discrepancies, handling event management, and producing all necessary key metrics as required.
