Corporate Advisory Associate

Role: Associate – Corporate Advisory

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the origination and execution of mandates spanning Debt Syndication, M&A, Private Equity, and Debt Resolution.

• Drive Business Development efforts and build new client relationships.

• Create and deliver Information Memorandums (IMs) and pitch decks.

• Develop, build, and analyze complex financial models.

• Perform Project Appraisals, execute due diligence activities, and support deal closures.

• Coordinate and collaborate with Banks, Financial Institutions, Corporates, and PE/VC Funds.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• CA / Semi – Qualified CA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute.

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Project Finance / Investment Banking / Corporate Advisory.

• Demonstrated ability in deal origination, financial structuring, and resolution of stressed assets.

• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
