Content Designer

Overview:

This position focuses on the creation and development of engaging eLearning modules, production of high-quality video and audio materials, and the application of AI technologies to enhance digital learning experiences. The role involves overseeing content production processes, implementing quality control measures, and distributing content across LMS platforms while ensuring compliance with AI governance. The selected candidate will also evaluate content performance and manage a component library to promote efficiency and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop immersive eLearning modules utilizing Articulate Storyline and Rise 360, while ensuring compliance with mobile-responsiveness and accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
• Produce high-quality video and audio content using tools such as Synthesia, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro.
• Leverage LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude) for storyboarding, script creation, and content segmentation, while preserving Intuit's voice and tone.
• Implement advanced instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) to craft compelling, scenario-based digital learning solutions.
• Establish and maintain a library of reusable components, templates, and AI prompts.
• Oversee the content lifecycle through an organized production workflow.
• Execute thorough Quality Assurance (QA) protocols, encompassing technical testing and content accuracy validation.
• Facilitate review processes with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders utilizing Articulate Review 360.
• Ensure compliance with Intuit Content Standards (ICS) and Brand Identity guidelines.
• Collaborate with LMS administrators to ensure smooth SCORM/xAPI integration and effective data tracking.
• Uphold AI ethical standards by ensuring that generative content is thoroughly vetted for bias and accuracy.
• Evaluate content performance metrics (L1-L2) for continuous improvement and maintenance cycles.
• Track AI efficiency improvements and review the content library for relevance.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in developing expert-level eLearning with Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise).
• Strong proficiency in graphic design, interactive triggers, and variable management.
• Experience with Synthesia for video production and LLMs in instructional design processes.
• Proficient in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Camtasia, along with audio editing skills.
• Knowledgeable in SCORM/xAPI standards, LMS deployment, and cross-device testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with data tracking and reporting, capable of compiling and presenting precise metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
