Your Role And Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refine backend applications in alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee and manage applications within a cloud-native ecosystem utilizing Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Utilize GitHub for source code management; conduct code reviews to ensure that code is current, compliant, high-quality, and devoid of vulnerabilities.
• Adhere to Agile methodologies in your work processes.
• Share your knowledge and assist in the technical growth and skill enhancement of team members.
• Exhibit strong communication skills while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Quickly adapt to new areas and technologies in response to business needs.

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• 4+ years of comprehensive experience in backend application development, with a solid grasp of system design and best practices.
• 4+ years of practical development experience in GoLang and/or Python (knowledge of C++ is advantageous).
• Proficient in Kubernetes or OpenShift, including familiarity with Docker/Podman and public cloud environments.
• Sound understanding of Container Networking Interface (CNI) and concepts related to container-native storage.
• Solid expertise in version control systems, particularly Git.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or IBM Cloud.
• Hands-on knowledge of Ansible and Shell scripting.
• Competent in Linux system administration.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) utilizing Terraform.
• Capable of designing and managing a DevOps application lifecycle.
• Strong comprehension of CI/CD pipelines, particularly with Jenkins and GitHub Actions, including hands-on experience in authoring and troubleshooting Jenkinsfiles.
• Familiarity with Generative AI systems, which includes:
• LLM inferencing and model serving, including hands-on experience with vLLM
• Integrating GenAI/LLM inferencing into backend services and APIs
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn
• Understanding of performance metrics, scalability, GPU utilization, and cost implications for AI workloads in production

• Experience in full-stack development using GoLang and/or Python.
• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift and cloud service platforms.
• In-depth understanding of Generative AI and inferencing, including:
• Serving LLMs using vLLM in cloud-native settings
• Scaling and managing inference workloads on Kubernetes/OpenShift
• Incorporating GenAI functionalities into enterprise applications
• Ability to rapidly learn new domains and technologies based on business requirements.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
