Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Management

• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Coordinate with teams for efficient resource allocation and workflow management.

Time & Budget Management

• Monitor project timelines and costs to prevent overruns.
• Prepare cost estimates and track expenses against budgets.

Site Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain safety standards.

Technical Execution

• Oversee construction activities, ensuring quality control and adherence to engineering specifications.
• Manage materials, equipment, and workforce efficiency on-site.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare detailed reports and schedules for project tracking.
• Maintain records of raw material usage and ensure availability at the site.

Communication & Coordination

• Liaise with stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Provide regular updates and resolve on-site issues effectively.
