CISNGE - ITOM Event Management Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, implement, and sustain ServiceNow ITOM Event Management solutions
• Integrate enterprise-level monitoring tools with ServiceNow Event Management
• Set up Event Rules, including Alert Correlation, Alert Aggregation, and Alert Suppression
• Oversee and provide support for MID Servers, Event Connectors, and monitoring integrations
• Automate the creation of incidents and remediation workflows triggered by event alerts
• Conduct health checks, optimizations, and troubleshooting for Event Management
• Collaborate with CMDB and Service Mapping teams to enhance service visibility
• Examine event patterns and minimize alert noise using correlation techniques
• Work in partnership with Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, Application, and Operations teams
• Assist in Incident, Problem, Change, and Major Incident Management processes
• Create dashboards, reports, and operational monitoring views
