Cisco Voice Engineer

We are in search of a skilled Voice Engineer who possesses expertise in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Microsoft Teams Phone, and Cisco Webex cloud-based calling solutions. This position is essential for supporting regional voice architecture, engineering, and project execution.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Cisco CUCM, Microsoft Teams Phone/Direct Routing, and Cisco Webex solutions.
• Set up SBC connectivity, manage SIP routing, integrate PSTN, and establish voice routing policies.
• Integrate voice systems with IPC Unigy, Avaya PBX, NICE Recording, and video conferencing solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve complex telephony and voice-related issues.
• Offer technical expertise on voice architecture, design, and deployment.
• Collaborate with internal teams, project managers, and external partners to execute voice projects.
• Ensure that solutions comply with business, technical, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of IT experience, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Extensive experience with Cisco voice/UC technologies, especially CUCM.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Phone and Direct Routing is required.
• Knowledge of Cisco Webex cloud-connected services is essential.
• Experience with SIP, SBCs, PSTN integration, and enterprise telephony is crucial.
• Familiarity with IPC Unigy, Avaya, and NICE Recording is a plus.
• Previous experience in trading floor and telecommunications environments is desirable.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and troubleshooting abilities.
• A degree in IT, relevant certifications, or equivalent experience is preferred.
