Change Management Consultant

Primary Responsibilities:

• Utilize structured change management methodologies to spearhead change initiatives, evaluate change impacts, and devise customized strategies that enhance adoption while minimizing resistance.
• Work closely with project teams to integrate change management into project plans, ensuring consistency across initiatives and facilitating smooth execution.
• Engage with key change sponsors, mentor senior leaders and C-level executives in their sponsorship roles, and provide direct assistance to frontline managers and supervisors during transitions.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks related to change, proactively managing anticipated resistance to ensure effective adoption and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop actionable change deliverables such as stakeholder analyses, communication strategies, and training plans.
• Create compelling communication materials including emails, banners, videos, and posters to enhance awareness and engagement.
• Support training initiatives by defining and tracking change KPIs, creating adoption dashboards, monitoring progress, and managing change governance to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.

Technical Qualifications:

• 6 to 7 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in managing transformation projects across business or technology sectors.
• A Master’s degree accompanied by excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to clearly convey messages to varied audiences.
• Ability to influence stakeholders towards a unified vision while maintaining strong relationships with clients and project managers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Visio; familiarity with creative tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Captivate, Articulate, etc., is advantageous.
• Experience in industries like CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, and Financial Services is preferred, along with a strong inclination towards technology-driven change, including automation and AI.
• Proven ability to manage time and multiple projects simultaneously, work effectively with dispersed teams, and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
