Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Business Transformation Consultant with a focus on IoT and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), your role will involve crafting and executing transformative business strategies for clients. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to formulate strategic initiatives for clients.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Develop Strategic Plans: Formulate detailed strategic plans for clients within the IoT and PLM sectors, utilizing a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, market directions, and competitive forces.
• Collaborate with Clients: Partner with clients to establish a PLM strategy that aligns with competitive and market influences, pinpointing essential strategic capabilities needed to achieve and maintain competitive advantages.
• Analyze Performance Gaps: Evaluate client performance gaps and craft thorough transformation proposals to address these issues.
• Implement Solutions: Support clients in the selection, implementation, and maintenance of the Dassault application suite, along with PLM systems such as PTC Windchill, Oracle Agile, Matrix One, or Siemens UGS, Dassault.
• Integrate Technology: Utilize consulting expertise, business acumen, and packaged solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate packaged technologies into the client’s business framework to realize desired business outcomes.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Exposure to IoT and PLM Domains: Proven experience in the realms of IoT and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), focusing on concepts, technologies, and industry trends necessary for developing and executing transformative business initiatives.
• Industry Trends and Market Directions: Familiarity with analyzing industry trends, market trajectories, and competitive dynamics to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• PLM Systems and Applications: Proficient knowledge of the Dassault application suite and/or PLM systems such as PTC Windchill, Oracle Agile, Matrix One, or Siemens UGS, Dassault.
• Consulting and Integration: Experience in applying consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate technology solutions into client business frameworks.
• Strategic Planning and Analysis: Background in developing comprehensive strategic plans and conducting performance gap analyses to uncover improvement areas and formulate transformation strategies.
