Business Analyst - AML

Job Overview:

• In the role of Business Analyst, you will serve as a bridge between the business Quality Assurance (QA) team and the technology department.

Primary Duties:

• Specialization in Anti Money Laundering domain
• Responsibilities
• As a Business Analyst, facilitate communication between the business QA team and the technology division
• Identify and document the requirements of business stakeholders, producing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), along with Functional and Technical specifications, and ensure the final product application meets all established business and technical criteria
• Conduct Data Analysis to discern and identify the essential data necessary to satisfy the business requirements within the application scope
• Work with stakeholders to develop epics, storyboards, and user stories
• Engage with the development team to assist in the creation of new product applications
• Formulate both functional and non-functional test plans and draft test cases that encompass a variety of scenarios
• Facilitate coordination among multiple scrum teams that are addressing a shared product backlog within the organization
• Lead initiatives to transform connections between legacy systems and design streamlined processes to minimize overhead
• Devise an efficient and practical data rationalization strategy to eliminate redundancy of variables across various data sources

Technical Skills Required:
