Job Title: Executive Finance & Accounts
Job Location: Baroda
Job Role Involves
- Approving the draft invoice generated by the internal system after completing a 3-way verification involving the number of hours approved in the client’s timesheets, the timesheet, and the draft invoice.
- Generating and sending invoices to the client via email or the client’s web interface to support payment processing.
- Managing discrepancies, if any, and preparing a billing issue log (cases where billing is not completed) to be sent to the Account Receivables team, which consolidates issues from different groups and forwards them to the Sales team.
- Working on weekly unbilled and other audit reports.
- Coordinating and communicating with the timesheet team, operations team, and sales team via email or phone calls to address invoices that remain unbilled in the system, ensuring the minimum unbilled amount is maintained.
- Understanding Standard Time(ST)/Over Time(OT) hours (US federal laws), billing cycle, and different timesheet formats.
- Performing regular follow-ups with stakeholders through email and voice/video calls.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in commerce
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Attention to details.

- Good understanding of general accounting principles
