BI Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a BI Analyst with solid experience in Snowflake, QNXT healthcare data, and business intelligence reporting. In this role, you will analyse, interpret, and visualise healthcare and operational data to generate actionable insights for business stakeholders. You will use Snowflake, SQL, and BI tools to build datasets, design dashboards, conduct data validation, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Business Intelligence & Reporting

• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Power BI
• Analyse QNXT data, including claims, eligibility, provider, and membership datasets, to deliver actionable business insights.
• Carry out data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation using Snowflake and SQL.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to detect trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
• Convert business requirements into clear, meaningful reports and visualisations for stakeholders.
  
  

Data Analysis & Insights

• Build and manage reporting datasets and analytical data models within Snowflake.
• Track key business and operational metrics and provide recommendations based on data analysis.
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple systems.
• Assist with root-cause analysis and support data quality initiatives.
  
  

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with business users, operations teams, and data engineers to gather and understand reporting needs.
• Share findings and insights with leadership and relevant business stakeholders.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives by providing reporting outputs and analytical recommendations.
  
  

Required Skills

• 4–7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analytics.
• Strong practical experience with the Snowflake Data Platform.
• Experience with QNXT healthcare data (Claims, Membership, Provider, Eligibility).
• Advanced SQL skills for querying, analysis, and data validation.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other comparable BI/reporting tools.
• Strong data reconciliation, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AWS services including S3 and Glue.
• Knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
• Understanding of healthcare payer or managed care business processes.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and data warehouses.
