Oracle Retail SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS

Job Overview:

• We are seeking a proficient Oracle Retail SIOCS MFCS RPAS Technical Lead to oversee the technical development, integrations, and support of our store inventory systems.
• This position will collaborate closely with business functional teams and support personnel to facilitate seamless store inventory operations within retail settings.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical development and support initiatives for Oracle Retail SIOCS MFCS RPAS.
• Design, build, and sustain SIOCS MFCS RPAS configurations and customizations related to integrations.
• Oversee integrations between SIOCS MFCS RPAS and systems such as POS, Merchandising, ERP, and WMS.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation contact for production-related issues.
• Assist in deployments, upgrades, and environment releases.
• Conduct issue analysis, perform root cause investigations, and implement long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and Oracle support teams.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Technical Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Oracle Retail SIOCS MFCS RPAS.
• Strong understanding of store inventory management and retail operations.
• Familiarity with the Oracle Retail ecosystem, including RMS, SIM, and Xstore, is preferred.
• Knowledge in integrations, APIs, batch jobs, and interface monitoring.
• Proficient in SQL, Unix, Linux, and log troubleshooting.
• Experience in production support, AMS environments, and implementations.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle Retail SaaS Cloud implementations.
• Exposure to luxury or large-scale retail operations.
• Experience in 24x7 support models is a plus.

Preferred Expertise:

• Proficiency in Micros Xstore, Oracle Point of Sale (ORPOS/Oracle POS).
