Associate- manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment as per approved SOPs and batch records.
• Perform manufacturing processes such as blending, granulation, compression, coating, filling, and packaging depending on product type.
• Maintain cleanliness and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) compliance in all manufacturing areas.
• Accurately complete documentation, including batch manufacturing records, logbooks, and deviation reports.
• Participate in equipment cleaning and sanitization procedures.
• Assist in the calibration and maintenance of manufacturing instruments and machinery.
• Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines strictly.
• Collaborate with QA, maintenance, and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Support process improvement initiatives and suggest ideas for efficiency enhancement.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical or related industry preferred).
• Basic knowledge of GMP, safety regulations, and SOPs.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
