SR. Executive - Credit Control

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive for our Credit Control team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit control and debt management, with a proven track record of meeting targets and driving business growth. As a Senior Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the credit control function within the organization and ensuring that all debts are collected in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement credit control policies and procedures
• Manage the company's credit control function
• Ensure timely collection of all debts
• Manage customer credit limits and credit checks
• Negotiate payment terms with customers
• Resolve any customer queries or disputes
• Provide regular reporting on debt collection performance
• Monitor and manage the company's aged debtors
• Work closely with other departments to ensure effective credit control
• Provide training and support to junior members of the team

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in credit control or debt management
• Strong knowledge of credit control policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
• Experience with credit control software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
