Job Description:

• The Local IT Support Specialist JL5 provides on-site IT support to end users, manages workplace technology support, oversees endpoint management solutions, and helps ensure smooth, day-to-day IT operations.
• This position demands strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver L1 and L2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Support Google Workspace applications including Gmail, Drive, Meet, Docs, and Sheets.
• Manage user accounts, handle access requests, and administer endpoint devices.
• Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, connectivity, and collaboration tools.
• Provide support for meeting rooms and audio/video conferencing technologies.
• Coordinate with global IT teams and vendors to resolve incidents and provide infrastructure support.
• Maintain IT assets and ensure compliance with security standards.
