AI/ML Engineer - Snowflake Cloud

Position Overview:

• Create, train, assess, and implement Machine Learning models tailored for various business applications
• Develop solutions in predictive analytics, including classification, regression, recommendation systems, and natural language processing (NLP)
• Utilize both structured and unstructured datasets to enhance model development and performance
• Conduct feature engineering, model tuning, and optimization for improved performance
• Establish data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes utilizing Snowflake
• Architect AI and ML solutions by harnessing the capabilities of Snowpark and the Snowflake data platform
• Design and execute scalable data models and data warehousing solutions within Snowflake
• Create applications that utilize LLMs and Generative AI technologies
• Construct Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines that integrate enterprise data sources
• Apply prompt engineering and LLM evaluation methodologies
• Engage with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and business partners to deliver AI-driven solutions

Technical Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of practical experience in AI and ML development
• Proficient in Python and SQL programming
• Experience with the development and deployment of ML models using Snowflake and cloud-based platforms
• Hands-on knowledge of Snowflake Data Cloud, Snowpark, and data warehousing principles
• Familiarity with the ML lifecycle from data preparation to deployment and monitoring of models
• Experience in creating and managing ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformation processes

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience utilizing Snowpark for Python and native development within Snowflake
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG architectures
• Understanding of LangChain, vector databases, and semantic search capabilities
• Experience with MLOps practices, including model monitoring and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized application deployments
• Knowledge of Snowflake Cortex AI functionalities
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments is advantageous
• SnowPro Certification or related Snowflake certifications are preferred
