• Contract Duration: 12 months & extendable (Extension is subject to project requirements.)

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Engineer with proven, hands-on experience delivering Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. In this role, you will integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with enterprise data to create reliable, high-performance, and scalable production-grade applications.

Key Requirements (Must-Have)

• Location: Candidates must already be located in Singapore.
• Experience: 12+ months of hands-on experience in building, implementing, and deploying production-level RAG pipelines.
• Core Technical Stack:
• Hands-on experience with Vector Databases (e.g., Qdrant, Weaviate, Chroma, or Milvus).
• Strong proficiency in Python and standard orchestration frameworks (LangChain or LlamaIndex).
• Solid understanding of embedding models, chunking strategies, and hybrid search optimization.
• Automation & API Integration: Practical experience with REST APIs and workflow tools like n8n (self-hosting).

Key Responsibilities

• Build & Deploy RAG Pipelines: Design, optimize, and implement end-to-end RAG workflows to support enterprise data retrieval.
• Vector DB Management: Set up and maintain vector databases to deliver low-latency search with strong retrieval accuracy.
• LLM Integration: Integrate model providers (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Claude) into enterprise systems using APIs.
• Workflow Automation: Automate multi-stage data processing using n8n and Python scripts.
