Accountant

• Compile and evaluate detailed financial reports while providing essential management accounting insights to facilitate informed business decisions.
• Design and recommend internal control procedures aimed at boosting operational effectiveness and mitigating financial risks.
• Manage and implement budgeting, cost analysis, financial forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
• Deliver precise and up-to-date financial data to support strategic initiatives and enhance performance.
• Collaborate closely with the CFO to ensure financial strategies are in sync with organizational objectives.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree or a recognized professional qualification in Accountancy (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA).
• A minimum of 5 years of pertinent accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive knowledge and practical experience in financial reporting and management accounting.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and innovative thinker with strong teamwork, self-discipline, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with ERP systems.
