Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage regional operations, ensuring achievement of business growth and financial targets
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 20–25 Relationship Managers, directly or indirectly through Team Leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Agri and commodity sectors
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for MSME and Agri commodity funding within the region
  • Collaborate with government agencies, regulators, and financial institutions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand regional client base and portfolio
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance to ensure alignment with organizational goals

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in MSME and Agri commodity funding, with at least 10 years in a regional leadership role
  • Strong clientele base in the commodity sector
  • Proven experience managing large teams (20–25 Relationship Managers) through direct or indirect reporting
  • Preferred background in Agri, SME, or Corporate Banking
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
  • Experience working with government agencies and regulators is a plus
  • Fluency in local languages is an advantage
