• Monitor video performance metrics such as CTR, watch time, and retention.
• Create dashboards to track growth trends and identify areas for improvement.

Channel Management & Hygiene

• Keep the channel organized, playlists structured, and branding consistent.
• Ensure adherence to YouTube best practices.

Competitor Analysis

• Monitor competitor channels to identify trends, content gaps, and successful strategies.
• Implement insights from competitor analysis to improve channel performance.

Thumbnail & Title A/B Testing
