Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of contact for the technical tower and coordinate with customer management.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, work allocation, and team performance.
  • Oversee SCCM and Wyse Device Manager (WDM) platforms for software deployment, auditing, and maintenance.
  • Manage Windows environments including Windows 7, 8.1, and 10.
  • Drive incident management, crisis handling, and ensure quick issue resolution.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly status reports for senior management.
  • Participate in client and stakeholder meetings to ensure service alignment.
  • Perform trend analysis to identify recurring incidents and implement preventive measures.
  • Drive service improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to quality and security standards.
  • Support effort estimation and reviews for new projects.
  • Manage rotational shift operations as required.
