Responsibilities:

• CyberArk Implementation: Design, implement, and deploy CyberArk solutions in both on-premise and SaaS environments.
• Documentation & Assessment: Possess knowledge in preparing and understanding High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD). Assess and troubleshoot CyberArk and other PAM solution installations.
• Daily Operations & Support: Assist in the daily operations of CyberArk and other PAM solutions. Execute daily tasks, support tickets, and provisioning tasks as assigned or routed via the ticketing system.
• Process Implementation: Apply knowledge, skills, and abilities to implement processes or procedures, timely and professionally.
• Privileged Account Administration: Responsible for Privileged User account administration of various Windows and UNIX accounts using CyberArk components.
• Platform Integration: Integrate various platforms with CyberArk, such as different LDAP providers, Windows servers, UNIX servers, Databases, and networking devices.
• Safes & Platforms Management: Create and manage Safes, Platforms, and Owners within CyberArk.
• CPM Policy Management: Manage or redistribute Central Policy Manager (CPM) policies.
• Health Check Monitoring: Perform health check monitoring on all CyberArk servers to ensure consistent availability of the system to end-users.
• Documentation: Ability to document installation procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), etc.
• Digital Password Vaulting: Possess extensive proficiency with digital password vaulting solutions.
• Solution Overview: Provide an overview of CyberArk and equivalent Privileged Access Management solution capabilities.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in the Design, Implementation, and Deployment of CyberArk on-premise and SaaS Environments.
• Knowledge with Preparing and understanding HLD and LLD.
• Ability to assess and troubleshoot CyberArk and other PAM solution installations.
• Ability to assist in the daily operations of CyberArk and other PAM solutions.
• Proficiency in executing daily tasks, support tickets, and provisioning tasks via ticketing system.
• Ability to implement processes or procedures timely and professionally.
• Responsible for Privileged User account administration of various Windows and UNIX accounts using CyberArk components.
• Proficiency in integrating various platforms with CyberArk (LDAP providers, Windows servers, UNIX servers, Databases, networking Devices).
• Ability to Create and Manage Safes, Platforms, and Owners.
• Proficiency in Central Policy Manager (CPM) policies management or redistribution.
• Ability to perform health check monitoring on all CyberArk servers.
• Ability to document installation procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), etc.
• Extensive proficiency with digital password vaulting solutions.
• Basic understanding of high-availability (HA) and failover implementations for network infrastructure and server systems.
• Ability to provide an overview of CyberArk and equivalent Privileged Access Management solution capabilities.

Good to Have:

• Proficiency in programming (Perl, Python, PowerShell, Administrative scripting).
