Job Description
- Educational Qualification: Candidate should have completed HSC.
- Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in workshop operations or service management.
- Age Requirement: 35 to 45 years.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of vehicle servicing, repair processes, and workshop equipment.
- Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day workshop activities, manage technicians, ensure timely vehicle delivery, and maintain quality standards.
- Team Management: Supervise and train workshop staff to improve productivity and service quality.
- Customer Coordination: Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve service-related issues.
- Reporting: Maintain records of jobs, inventory, and service performance.
