Job Description

• Implement building procedures, performance measures, and compliance standards across operations

• Improve on-site operations by developing and implementing best practices and process enhancements

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and workplace standards across facilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction

• Act as the primary point of contact for all facility-related concerns and service requests

• Manage site budgets, financial operations, and cost control activities

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure contract compliance and service quality

• Oversee procurement processes and vendor performance management

• Monitor contracts and ensure delivery aligns with agreed SLAs and budgets

• Support team development through training, coaching, and performance management

• Foster a collaborative and performance-driven workplace culture

• Ensure continuous motivation, engagement, and productivity of facility teams

• Address operational risks and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly
