Workiva developer

Domain Skills:

• 5–7 years of experience with at least two years in consolidation systems development and support (including business rules, metadata, security configuration, cube views, dashboards, and workflows)
• Strong coding skills in Workiva, VBA or vb.net; experience with developing business rules
• Knowledge of SQL would be an advantage
• Experience working in tightly controlled environments with audit exposure and compliance knowledge
• Understanding and practical experience of finance processes and converting business requirements into system solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Create new or improve existing report templates in Workiva
• Maintain user documentation and training materials
• Deliver ad-hoc user training sessions
• Provide user support to resolve knowledge-related issues
• Support data import queries and explain data lineage
• Configure confirmation rule tolerances and settings
• Manage automated data integration processes and resolve related issues
• Liaise with technical and functional data integration teams
• Assist users in submitting and documenting standard change requests
• Convert requirements into systems solutions and recommend optimal options
• Implement medium complexity configuration changes
• Ensure governance and control procedures are followed during development
• Perform full data reconciliations to validate data integrity
• Participate in annual reviews and provide audit documentation
• Conduct monthly reviews of system audit reports
• Perform post-patch application testing and disaster recovery testing
