Job Description
- Facilitate preparation of financial statements for over 150 entities using Workiva
- Support creation of investor and financial reports
- Design, implement, and maintain high-quality code with a focus on scalability and performance
- Participate in code reviews and continuous process enhancements
- Collaborate across finance, audit, and IT teams to deliver system solutions
- Create, modify, and improve report templates in Workiva
- Maintain and update documentation, user guides, and training materials
- Conduct ad-hoc training and user support
- Troubleshoot data import and integration processes
- Configure rule tolerances and system settings
- Manage automated data integrations and review load statuses
- Support functional and technical teams with integration and data flow queries
- Assist users with standard change requests and translate them into system solutions
- Implement configuration changes, including modifying business rules
- Follow governance protocols during development and perform data reconciliations
- Participate in annual audits, walkthroughs, and documentation requests
- Conduct monthly reviews of audit logs and perform post-patch testing
- Participate in annual disaster recovery (DR) testing
- Must have a valid passport and be willing to work UK timings if required
