Job Description
• Provide production support for Workforce Software applications, ensuring smooth Time & Attendance system operations.
• Manage and resolve production support tickets within defined SLA timelines.
• Troubleshoot user issues related to Workforce Software functionalities and performance.
• Analyze system logs and error messages to identify root causes of issues.
• Research recurring problems and implement permanent fixes or workarounds.
• Monitor job logs and take corrective actions or escalate issues to relevant teams.
• Maintain and update lookup tables based on business requirements and system changes.
• Document resolutions, best practices, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.
• Support end users by answering functional and technical queries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance.
• Ensure continuous improvement in workforce management processes and support operations.
