Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage production support tickets related to Workforce Software.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Time & Attendance functionality.
  • Analyze system logs and error messages to identify root causes.
  • Research and resolve Workforce Software issues, implementing permanent fixes where possible.
  • Document solutions and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
  • Monitor job logs and take corrective actions or escalate when required.
  • Provide user support for system functionality and best practices.
  • Maintain and update lookup tables as per business requirements.
  • Ensure smooth production operations and system stability.
