Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage production support tickets related to Workforce Software.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Time & Attendance functionality.
- Analyze system logs and error messages to identify root causes.
- Research and resolve Workforce Software issues, implementing permanent fixes where possible.
- Document solutions and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
- Monitor job logs and take corrective actions or escalate when required.
- Provide user support for system functionality and best practices.
- Maintain and update lookup tables as per business requirements.
- Ensure smooth production operations and system stability.
