Workday US Payroll Functional Consultant

Role & Responsibilities:

• Act as a Workday expert with specialization in US Payroll design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Independently manage multiple projects across various phases of implementation & support.
• Conduct requirement analysis sessions with clients and provide effective recommendations.
• Coordinate with project teams to align development with customer decisions.
• Deliver regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior consultants and share Workday product knowledge.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Must have active Workday US Payroll Certification.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Workday Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of US Payroll processes.
• Hands-on experience in Workday Payroll implementation or support projects.
• Excellent consulting, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong ability to work under deadlines and manage client expectations.
