Workday Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• In your role within the Infosys consulting team, your primary objective will be to delve deep into client challenges, identify problem areas, devise innovative solutions, and ensure successful implementation, ultimately leading to client satisfaction.
• You will take ownership of sections of the proposal document, contributing to solution design based on your expertise to develop comprehensive proposals.
• Your responsibilities will include planning configuration activities, configuring products according to design specifications, conducting conference room pilots, and addressing queries related to requirements and solution design.
• Prepare and deliver solution product demonstrations, Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and accurate effort estimates that align with customer budgetary constraints while adhering to organizational financial guidelines.
• Take the initiative to lead small-scale projects and contribute to both unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to clients.

Technical Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of Workday Technical solutions.
• Expertise in designing and developing Workday Integrations and reporting solutions to fulfill business requirements.
• Proficient in configuring and maintaining Workday Integrations, including EIB, CC, Workday Studio, dashboards, and BIRT reports.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and provide actionable insights.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to Workday Integrations and Workday Studio functionalities.
• Demonstrated experience in Workday integration, report development, testing, and validation.
• Lead and manage the Technical Solution process, including design and release management.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Workday technologies such as Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Advanced Report Writer, Cloud Connect, PICOF, PECI, CCW, CCB, Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, Custom Fields, XML, XSLT, Studio, BIRT Reporting, and data analytics.
