Workday Reporting Analyst

Location: Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Chennai / Indore / Kolkata / Mumbai / Noida / Pune

Shift: Night Shift (8 PM – 5 AM CST)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Project Description:

The role involves working on Workday reporting and supporting Workday Time Tracking, Payroll, HCM, and FINSCM areas. The candidate should have strong expertise in Workday reporting specialization along with experience in calculated fields, advanced reports, and matrix reports.

Responsibilities:

• Exposure/experience migrating to/from Workday Time Tracking, Payroll, and other HCM and FINSCM areas
• Strong expertise in Calculated Fields
• Experience in Workday HUBS
• Design and develop Advanced and Matrix Reports
• Work in night shift support environment

Mandatory Skills:

• 5+ years of Workday Time Tracking experience
• Strong experience in Workday Reporting (all kinds of reports)
• Reporting specialization experience, not general reporting exposure
• Strong domain knowledge in Workday Time Tracking, Payroll, HCM, and FINSCM areas
• Expertise in Calculated Fields
• Experience with Workday HUBS
• Experience designing Advanced and Matrix Reports

Nice to Have:

• Experience in BIRT Reporting
• Power BI or other reporting platform experience
