Key Responsibilities:

- In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will play a pivotal part in assisting the team throughout various stages of projects, which include problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, as well as design and deployment.
- You will investigate alternatives to the proposed solutions through comprehensive research that encompasses literature reviews, publicly available information, and vendor evaluations.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for developing proofs of concept (POCs).
- Your duties will include drafting requirement specifications that align with business needs, outlining future processes, and creating detailed functional designs based on these requirements.
- You will assist in configuring solution requirements within the products, identifying any issues, diagnosing root causes, seeking necessary clarifications, and evaluating potential solution options.
- Moreover, you will actively engage in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to our clients.

Technical Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Workday implementation, focusing on functional aspects.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Workday technical skills, including Web services and APIs, is essential.
- Functional knowledge of at least two Workday modules such as Core HCM, Payroll interface, Compensation and Benefits, or Recruitment is required.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Business Objects and Data Sources is necessary.
- Experience in generating Workday Reports and Dashboards is expected.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Capable of collaborating with clients to pinpoint business challenges and enhance client deliverables by analyzing, refining, and structuring relevant data.
- Familiarity with the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Possess logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose technological solutions.
- Knowledge in one or two industry domains is preferred.
