Workday HCM Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• A typical day as an Infosys consultant
• In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will primarily be responsible for spearheading efforts to deliver high-quality, value-driven consulting solutions to clients, guiding them through various phases from defining problems to diagnosing issues, designing solutions, and deploying them.
• You will evaluate proposals crafted by consultants, offering guidance and analyzing the solutions tailored to address client business challenges, while identifying potential risks and concerns.
• Your role will involve pinpointing change management requirements and recommending a structured approach to clients for managing change through diverse communication methods.
• You will also mentor the team, establishing a vision, providing subject matter training in your areas of expertise, and motivating team members through effective, timely feedback and recognition of their high performance.
• Your contributions will be vital in both unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions to clients, all while adhering to the organization's established guidelines and processes.

Technical Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 9 years of experience in Workday integration implementation with a functional focus.
• Functional knowledge in at least five Workday modules, including Core HCM, Payroll interface, Compensation Benefits, Recruitment, etc., is required.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Business Objects and Data Sources is essential.
• Experience in creating Workday reports and dashboards is required.

• Strong understanding of software configuration management systems.
• Familiarity with the latest technologies and industry trends.

• Comprehension of financial processes for various project types and the associated pricing models.
• Ability to evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend technology solutions.
• Knowledge of one or two industry domains.
• Strong client interfacing skills.
• Experience in project and team management.
