Workday Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Workday Finance solutions aligned with business requirements
• Work extensively on Workday modules including Finance, Prism Analytics, and Workday Studio
• Manage data integration and ETL processes across enterprise systems
• Develop and support integrations using tools such as Mulesoft and Workday APIs
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver optimized ERP solutions
• Ensure seamless integration between Workday and external systems like Salesforce and Oracle
• Provide support for API integrations including Workiva, HCM, OneStream, and Oracle backfeed
• Utilize ITSM tools to manage incidents, changes, and service requests efficiently
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and support
