Workday Compensation & Benefits Lead

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working as a Workday Technical Consultant or in a similar role.
• Working knowledge of overall Workday solution, with In-depth knowledge of Workday integration technologies, including Workday Studio, Workday Cloud Connect, EIBs, PECI, PICOF and Web Services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with understanding of HRIS and ERP systems, and experience of integrating Workday HCM with various third-party applications such as payroll systems, benefits providers, and recruiting platforms.
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and other integration protocols and languages.
• Experience with Workday Core Connector development and maintenance is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with team and stakeholders at all levels and across geographies and cultures.
• A commitment to continuous learning and driving improvement.
• Workday certification(s) in Integration Fundamentals or equivalent is preferred, but not mandatory.
