Wireless Networks & Technologies 5G Professional

• Perform end-to-end network and configuration management including monitoring, change management, and routine maintenance activities

• Validate prerequisites for network operations and ensure readiness of network elements

• Calculate and configure neighborhood parameters for 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G networks

• Monitor network alarms, control OMC hardware, and manage system events for uninterrupted service

• Conduct site de-locking activities and validate QoS to ensure KPIs meet required thresholds

• Analyze radio network KPIs across 2G/3G/4G/5G for performance optimization and issue resolution

• Perform configuration audits and maintain a single source of truth for network configurations

• Interface with clients for operational updates, issue resolution, and network performance discussions

• Execute routine inspections, scheduled configuration tasks, and network health monitoring

• Manage network alerts, troubleshoot issues, and document configuration changes accurately

• Work with Ericsson and Huawei OMC systems for network operations and maintenance

• Ensure adherence to defined telecom processes, standards, and operational guidelines

• Work in shift-based environments and handle on-call support as required
