• Monitor system performance, availability, and alerts for cloud-hosted virtual desktop environments.

• Automate repetitive operational tasks using Azure CLI, PowerShell, and scripting tools.

• Ensure high availability, resilience, and security standards across virtual desktop infrastructure.

• Collaborate with operations teams to improve service delivery and implement automation solutions.
