Windows System Engineer

Ghrs Training is seeking a Windows System Engineer to provide essential technical support in an international voice environment. If you're a graduate with experience in technical support, strong communication skills, and expertise in Microsoft products, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Microsoft products, including comprehensive troubleshooting of various issues.
• Assist users with device connectivity problems and ensure seamless integration.
• Deliver excellent customer service by effectively diagnosing problems and providing clear, actionable solutions.
• Document all support interactions and resolutions accurately within the designated system.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues and share knowledge.

About You:

• You are a Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Technical Support (International Voice).
• You have strong familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• You possess strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse users.
• You are customer-focused, patient, and dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.
• You are capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple support requests efficiently.
