Windows Server Expert

• Administer Windows Server environments and ensure system availability

• Manage Active Directory and Azure Active Directory services

• Provide L2 support for incident resolution and troubleshooting

• Perform PowerShell scripting for automation and system administration tasks

• Work on SCCM orchestration and endpoint management activities

• Manage VMware virtualization environments and related infrastructure tasks

• Troubleshoot server, network, and system issues in production environments

• Ensure system performance, security, and uptime standards are met
