Key Responsibilities:

• 3 to 4 years of experience in managing and supporting Windows end points server administration configuration and upgradation
• Experience in O365 application windows OS software installation outlook and server troubleshooting
• Experience in datacenter management Endpoint security management
• Knowledge in active directory DNS DHCP file server Virtualization technologies
• Ability to handle major incident and troubleshooting in windows domain
• Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes like SLA Change Release Management
• Experience in using ticketing tools such as service now remedy will be an added advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
