Window + Active Directory L2 Professional

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data center operations and server management activities.
• Provide L2 support for Windows server environments and Active Directory services.
• Manage user access, authentication, and directory services within Active Directory.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and server-related issues.
• Support implementation of IT infrastructure policies, compliance, and security standards.
• Assist in planning, execution, and optimization of server and infrastructure operations.
• Work on incident resolution, problem management, and service improvement initiatives.
