Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled Weblogic Admin to join our team in India for a contract-to-hire position. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing WebLogic Server environments and will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain WebLogic Server environments.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues within WebLogic applications.
• Install, configure, and upgrade WebLogic Server and related components.
• Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to WebLogic configurations and procedures.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize application deployments on WebLogic.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in WebLogic Administration.
• Strong understanding of application server architecture and deployment processes.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing WebLogic Server.
• Experience with clustering and load balancing in WebLogic environments.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Shell, Python, or Perl for automation tasks.
• Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., Oracle, MySQL) and SQL.
• Experience with monitoring and performance tuning tools for WebLogic.
