Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end policy administration and servicing activities

Process Life Insurance, Annuities & Group Benefits transactions

Handle customer servicing requests, policy updates, and documentation reviews

Assist underwriting teams with data validation and document verification

Support claims intake, documentation checks, and operational processing

Maintain accuracy and compliance while meeting defined SLAs and quality standards

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in Life Insurance, Annuities, Group Benefits, Policy Administration, Claims, Underwriting, or Insurance Operations

Strong understanding of insurance processes and policy lifecycle management

Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
