Walk-In Drive – IT Recruiter

We are seeking experienced IT Recruiters with strong expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and contract staffing. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and overseeing candidates throughout the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and source candidates via job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Review resumes and build a shortlist of qualified candidates aligned with client requirements.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment workflow, covering sourcing, screening, candidate coordination, and onboarding.
• Support and fulfill IT recruitment needs across C2H and contract staffing engagement models.
• Maintain regular coordination with candidates and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the hiring process.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–7 years of experience in IT recruitment, ideally with hands-on exposure to C2H and contract staffing.
• Solid understanding of the C2H hiring model and contract recruitment processes.
• Strong communication, candidate coordination, and negotiation abilities.
• Capability to work independently and effectively manage recruitment requirements.
• Bachelor's or postgraduate qualification in a relevant or equivalent discipline.

Education: BCA, B.Sc., MBA/PGDM, BE/B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, M.Sc. or equivalent
