VP / AVP / Branch Manager NRI Desk, Pvt Client Group

QuickTurtle is looking for a driven VP / AVP / Branch Manager to lead our NRI Desk within the Private Client Group. In this key role, you'll be responsible for achieving significant revenue targets, leading and mentoring a team, and driving growth across a comprehensive suite of broking and investment products for our NRI clients from Dubai and other offshore locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve Revenue Targets: Your primary responsibility will be to meet the set revenue targets for the NRI Team. This will be achieved through brokering Equity, Derivatives, Commodity & Currency, and by cross-selling products like Mutual Funds (MF), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) to existing acquired NRI clients from the Dubai and other offshore location desks.
• Team Leadership & Development: You'll be responsible for hiring and training your team on product knowledge and selling skills. You'll act as a Team Leader, capable of recruiting and developing new Relationship Managers.
• Client Activity & Growth: Focus on improving and maintaining the client activity ratio by actively engaging and activating clients across all segments.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Demonstrate the ability to coordinate effectively with different internal teams to ensure seamless client service and operational efficiency.
• Channel Management: Utilize strong channel management skills to optimize client engagement and product distribution.
• Analytical Interpretation: Apply strong analytical skills to interpret complex business information and drive strategic decisions.
• Team Management: Effectively handle and lead a team of NRI Relationship Managers.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 8+ years in sales of investment products, specifically including Equity Stock Broking, Mutual Funds, PMS, and AIF.
• Domain Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of products like Equity Stock Broking, PMS, Mutual Funds, AIF, and Bonds.
