Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide timely resolutions.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and service-related requests effectively.
- Deliver a positive customer experience through professional communication.
- Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services.
- Achieve process-specific performance metrics and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support.
Eligibility Criteria
- HSC or Graduate from a recognized board/university.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in BPO, Customer Service, or International Voice Process.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Versant score of 58 or above.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and rotational shifts.
Shift Details
UK Telecom Process – Airoli
- Shift Start Time: 1:30 PM onwards
- Rotational 10-hour shifts
US Voice Process – Vikhroli
- Shift Start Time: 5:30 PM onwards
- Rotational 10-hour shifts
Work Schedule
- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week-Offs
