Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls and provide timely resolutions.
  • Address customer queries, concerns, and service-related requests effectively.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience through professional communication.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services.
  • Achieve process-specific performance metrics and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and operational guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support.

Eligibility Criteria

  • HSC or Graduate from a recognized board/university.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in BPO, Customer Service, or International Voice Process.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Versant score of 58 or above.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and rotational shifts.

Shift Details

UK Telecom Process – Airoli

  • Shift Start Time: 1:30 PM onwards
  • Rotational 10-hour shifts

US Voice Process – Vikhroli

  • Shift Start Time: 5:30 PM onwards
  • Rotational 10-hour shifts

Work Schedule

  • 5 Days Working
  • 2 Rotational Week-Offs
