Hiring: Customer Support Associate (US Process | Night Shift | Mumbai)
Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office | Non-Sales Role
Location: Mumbai
Salary: Up to 35,000/month (Based on last drawn salary)
Shift: Night Shift (US Process) | 5 days working | 2 rotational offs
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 12th pass with 6 months of BPO experience, OR
Graduates (Freshers are welcome)
Good communication skills in English (verbal & written)
Comfortable working in night shifts
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions via calls, emails, and chat for US-based clients
Resolve queries related to products, services, billing, and accounts efficiently
Deliver a high-quality customer experience with a professional approach
Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
Follow company processes and meet quality & productivity targets
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when necessary
Collaborate with internal teams for faster issue resolution
Ensure compliance with data security and company policies
