Job Description
Responsibilities:
- AWS Infrastructure & Application Design: Design, implement, and maintain scalable, high-performance AWS infrastructures. Lead the development and optimization of cloud-native applications using AWS services.
- Serverless Architecture: Architect and deploy serverless solutions using AWS Lambda and related services.
- Chatbot Development: Create and manage Amazon Lex chatbots, integrating them with other AWS services.
- Infrastructure as Code: Develop and maintain AWS CloudFormation templates and Terraform scripts for infrastructure as code.
- Networking Solutions: Implement secure and efficient networking solutions using VPC, VPN, and related services (Security Groups, Network ACLs, Elastic Load Balancing).
- Cloud Optimization: Optimize cloud costs and performance using tools like Cloud Checkr.
- Data Visualization: Create insightful dashboards using Amazon QuickSight for data visualization and reporting.
- Mentorship & Best Practices: Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices and architectural decisions.
- Contact Center Management: Creation and management of Amazon Connect cloud contact centers.
- Connect Configuration: Extensive proficiency in Amazon Connect, including reporting and contact lens configuration.
- Contact Flow Development: Expert-level knowledge in creating contact flows, routing profiles, queues, and modules using Connect APIs.
- Integration: Integrate Amazon Lex bots with other AWS services and external systems.
Required Skills:
AWS Platform Expertise:
- Amazon Lex: Bot creation and customization.
- AWS Lambda: Serverless application development and integration.
- Amazon Connect: Cloud contact center setup, management, and integration.
- Core AWS Services: S3, EBS, Glacier, EFS, VPC, Route 53, EC2, RDS, IAM.
- AWS CloudFormation and Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Networking: VPC, VPN, Security Groups, Network ACLs, Elastic Load Balancing.
- Containerization: Docker and Kubernetes.
- Scripting: Shell scripting, Node.js, and Python.
Other Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with cloud optimization tools (e.g., CloudCheckr).
- Proficiency in creating dashboards with Amazon QuickSight.
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Specific Expertise:
- Proficiency in creating and managing Amazon cloud contact centers.
