Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated support for VMware skillset requirements.
• Validate candidate profiles thoroughly before submission; avoid keyword-only matching.
• Ensure candidates are interested and agreeable for C2H (Contract-to-Hire) engagement.
• Maintain a skill score card out of 10 on the first page of the resume.
• Ensure experience level and skillset match the JD requirements.
• Verify good communication skills of candidates.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding availability and submission within the rate card.
• Pre-onboarding BGV (Background Verification) check is mandatory.
• Address any clarifications regarding JD or skill combinations proactively.
